Appointments

For the convenience of patients I offer appointments at a variety of times to fit around their work and family commitments. As well as offering daytime appointments on Thursdays and Fridays, I am available weekday evenings and on Saturday mornings.

My home practice is near Wanstead Flats. Patients come from surrounding boroughs including Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington and Essex. The practice is situated near bus routes numbers 58, 308 and 330. It is 5 minutes from Wanstead Park Station, 10 minutes from Forest Gate station and 20 minutes from Wanstead underground station (Central line).   Road parking outside my house is free.

Typical Consultations
Patients come to see me for short and long term problems. Whilst a short-term condition, for example, morning sickness in pregnancy or shingles may need one or two appointments, longer term conditions, for example, asthma or eczema may need more.

Consultations take place in a comfortable, relaxed and calm environment. If you are coming along for treatment for a long standing condition the first appointment will take about 1 ½ hours during which time we will explore your specific symptoms, your medical history and that of your family.  You will have the opportunity to gain understanding of how homeopathy can help you.

Follow-up appointments last about 45 minutes and take place about every 6 weeks.

For long-term problems a minimum of 4 appointments is recommended. Improvements should be seen between each appointment. To stay well you may need to have periodic treatment.
